Join us in creating new ways of resourcing pilots and experiments in Finland!

One of the Government's key projects is supporting an experimental culture. Expectations for the pilots and policy trials are high. The Prime Minister's Office has taken action to explore the best ways of financing such activities.

We are inviting citizens to take part in this work. Anyone interested in bringing forward and sharing their views and ideas on experimenting and piloting can participate. If you enrol, you can choose whether to attend one or more of the joint workshop sessions. They will be held on the following dates:

  • Tuesday 26 January 2016 from 9.00 to 12.00;
  • Monday 29 February 2016, from 13.00 to 16.00.

The workshops will focus on devising new ways to fund experimenting and related solutions for services and operation together with resource providers, experimenters and other experts. The cooperative development groups will be referred to as Goodwill Ambassadors for piloting experiments (Kokeilukummit). The events will be held in Helsinki city centre, generally in Government premises.

Join the community of advocates for piloting and experimenting here

Please note: there is limited number of seats available. We will send confirmation of participation to those who have been accepted.

The events form part of the Funding for piloting and experimenting (KORVA) project. Smooth financing that is properly targeted is an important element in the transition to society that advocates piloting and experimenting. The KORVA project will formulate an understanding and recommendations for measures that help ensure smooth funding for pilots and experiments.
